Terms of Service

Today's Magnet is a private family coordination app for calendars, updates, polls, wish lists, comments, invites, and household planning. You must use the app lawfully and responsibly.

By creating an account, accepting an invite, or using Today's Magnet, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.

Today's Magnet is for adults. You must be 18 or older to create an account. Accounts are intended for parents, guardians, and other adult family members.

Any information about children in the app — such as names, birthdays, events, and similar details — is entered and managed by an adult account holder. Children do not create or hold their own accounts.

You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. Household owners and admins are responsible for inviting the right people, setting Family Circle visibility, and managing household access.

You can delete your account at any time from your profile. If you are the sole member of a Household you own, deleting your account also deletes that Household. If your Household has other members, transfer ownership first so it is not left without an owner.

You keep responsibility for the events, comments, announcements, wish lists, polls, names, notes, and other content you add to the app.

You agree not to post or share content that is:

• Illegal, abusive, harassing, hateful, or threatening.
• Invasive of another person's privacy.
• Sexually explicit or exploitative.
• Designed to impersonate someone or mislead other users.
• Malicious, spammy, or intended to interfere with the app.

Today's Magnet is invite-based, but household admins may create public calendar links. Anyone with an active public calendar link may view the calendar information intentionally shared through that link.

Household owners and admins should revoke links that should no longer be public.

Schedule Import may use OpenAI to help read PDFs, screenshots, images, or pasted schedule text and turn them into draft calendar events. AI can make mistakes, especially with messy scans, cropped screenshots, handwritten notes, unusual date formats, or unclear locations.

You are responsible for checking every draft before creating events. Today's Magnet does not add imported schedule events to a Household calendar until you review and submit the selected drafts.

Today's Magnet is not an emergency service, medical service, legal service, or safety-monitoring system. Do not rely on it for urgent communication, emergency care, legal obligations, or time-critical safety needs.

Today's Magnet may offer paid features in the future. The launch app is designed so normal family coordination can remain free within reasonable limits.

If paid features are added, the app will explain the price, renewal terms, cancellation path, and what is included before purchase.

We may update, improve, limit, suspend, or discontinue parts of the app as the product evolves. We may also remove content or access if needed to protect users, operate the app, comply with law, or enforce these terms.

Today's Magnet is provided as-is and as available. We work to keep the app reliable, but we cannot promise that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Today's Magnet is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages from use of the app.
