New to Today's Magnet or helping someone else get started? The user guide walks through the main vocabulary, Family Circles, roles, invites, posting, events, Wish Lists, notifications, and household settings.

Email support@todaysmagnet.com with a short description of what happened.

Please do not send passwords, invite tokens, or private family details by email. If you are asking about a household, include the household name and the email address you use to sign in.

Account deletion

Signed-in users can delete their account from Profile settings. Open the app, go to Profile, then use Delete account at the bottom of the page.

You will need to type DELETE to confirm. If you own a Household, transfer ownership first from household member settings.

Account deletion removes your login and active household access. Family history and audit records may keep a deleted-account reference so the household can preserve context and accountability.

Invites and household access

If an invite link does not work, ask the household owner or admin to send a new invite. Invites are tied to the email address that received them, so sign in with that same email.

If you were removed from a household by mistake, a household owner or admin needs to invite you again.

Notifications

You can manage notification preferences from Profile settings after signing in. Demo households do not send real notification email.

If expected email is missing, check spam or promotions folders and make sure your household notification preferences are turned on.
